Dxo viewpoint release notes6/21/2023 I have never posted on that forum so I have no idea what to expect, is it a sort of tech support also monitored by DxO staff? I suppose so.Thank you for posting on the DxO PL forum. Generally, there is no indication that High iso noise reduction setting affects raw, and reading some threads here and there I think many people investigated on the matter. Don't think that might be the cause, as the reported ISO should be the actual ISO (it's not like a picture shot at ISO6400 is reported as 12800, which could be source of confusion for the software). The only setting that might affect raw should be the "dynamic range correction" that basically does -1EV and +1ISO stop, ad was on auto for those samples (while I have it disabled). The fact that the KP images (produced with an earlier Accelerator) seem to fare better adds to my hopes.Maybe i'll do some testing of my own, but browsing some sample pictures downloaded from the galleries posted above with DCU, they were all shot with High-ISO NR setting on Auto, and some work decently with DeepPrime/XD, others do not. At any rate, the plot thickens that what the Accelerator does to the K-3 III RAWs may keep the noise down right-out-of-camera, but as of now, doesn't seem to play well with DxO's DeepPrime XD applied on top. I know you reminded us that High-ISO NR applies to out-of-camera JPEGs only, but I still have this lingering suspicion that this might not strictly be the case (I may be wrong). Wouldn't the "auto" setting mean that the camera applies NR as it deems fit (likely increasing levels of it as the ISOs go up). Advanced WordArt presets and text editing tools. Thanks for your actions taken and resources made available, Simon. You can use a wide variety of video templates.Instant Mode that can make videos without the need for editing skills. ![]() ![]()
